Unwanted Goods - 90 Day Money Back Guarantee!
If you are unhappy with any purchase simply send it back unused in the condition it was received by yourself and we will be happy to refund your credit card, debit card, Paypal account or cheque for the full amount of the product, no questions asked! This 90 day guarantee period begins from the date of receipt of the goods and the retail product packaging packaging must be unopened in order to qualify for this guarantee. On cancellation of an order a full refund will be given within 7 working days of the item being received by Xtreme Outdoors Limited.
For unwanted items, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their purchase.
If goods are received and are damaged or faulty in any way, please send them back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly give you a full refund. We understand that to establish goods are faulty or damaged packaging may have been opened or discarded and we will still give a full refund in these circumstances.
For faulty items, Xtreme Outdoors will reimburse the cost of return postage. Please simply scan or take a photo of the receipt, send it to us via e-mail and we will refund the purchase price plus the postage cost.

All items remain the responsibility of the customer until safely received by Xtreme Outdoors Limited. With this in mind, we recommend that all customers obtain proof of postage when returning their items and ensure they are adequately insured by the postal service or courier used.
