Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. At present we accept orders from customers based in most parts of the world, including the USA, Canada and Europe. Although we are based in the UK, we have even dispatched orders to valued customers based in New Zealand and Australia! However there are some exceptions and unfortunately we cannot provide goods to certain countries with local laws which do not freely permit the importation of goods such as those sold by Xtreme-Outdoors.com. The bottom line is we ship to most countries worldwide, but reserve the right not to dispatch goods to certain regions in unusual circumstances. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, JCB, Visa Delta. We will debit your card online using secure facilities or alternatively you may send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail. All orders are processed in Pounds Sterling.

Shipping And Handling We don't make any extra packaging charges! Within the UK we simply charge a flat 'special rate' fee of £2.50. This is often less than the cost of posting/shipping the items, let alone the packaging! We can ship orders by express delivery for a small additional cost if required. Please contact us for details of our express shipping rates. European & USA based customers will be charged the exact cost to ship by the Royal Mail Airmail service for goods up to 2Kg and there after at Parcel Force rates. Within Europe these rates start at £0.68 for a 60g parcel, with the rmost common order weight being 1Kg and costing £5.10. For customers based in the USA, delivery costs start at £1.15 for a 60-100g parcel, with a 1Kg parcel costing £8.80.

Delivery Schedule We endeavour to dispatch your goods within 2 working days from the date of your order. UK customers should receive their goods within 5-10 working days from the date of order, which takes into account delivery by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on the size of the order. European & USA based customers should expect their goods within 8-12 working days from the date of order, which takes into account delivery by either Air Mail or Parcel Force, depending on the size of the order. Express delivery can also be arranged for those that need their kit in a hurry! Simply get in touch with us and we will do our upmost to arrange the most cost-effective option, for a speedy delivery. Remember the same goes for express as normal delivery we don't charge any excessive packaging fees, we simply charge what it costs! We cannot guarantee delivery schedules, with the involvement of third party delivery services which are beyond our control. We will however try our upmost to meet the above guidlines and should you be concerned with the delivery schedule of any order, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we will endeavour to resolve any problems.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All prices quoted and purchases made include, 17.5% VAT which is a necessary tax for customers situated within the UK and the European Community. Purchases made by customers outside of the UK and EC will not be eligible for VAT and to accomodate this, all VAT will be refunded after a purchase is made. This transaction will usually be carried out within the period between the placement of the order and receipt of the goods by the customer. All customers situated in such countries (e.g. USA, Canada, India etc) will be liable to pay local taxes applicable in their area of the world, as well as any import taxes applied by Customs and Excise.

Credit Card Security We take security extremely seriously! We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We do not store your credit card details in-house, they are used only to clear the necessary funds by our chosen payment partner, Worldpay. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed warranty. Unwanted Goods If you are unhappy with any purchase simply send it back unused in the condition it was received by yourself and we will be happy to refund your credit card, debit card or cheque for the full amount of the product (excluding any delivery charges), no questions asked! This 30 day guarantee period begins from the date of receipt of the goods. On cancellation of an order a full refund will be given within 30 days from the date of cancellation, irrespective as to whether the goods have been returned at this stage. Faulty Goods If goods are received and are damaged or faulty in any way, please send them back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly give you a full refund. We understand that to establish goods are faulty or damaged packaging may have been opened or discarded and we will still give a full refund in these circumstances. Your statutory rights are not affected.
